Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The LRT (Leukemia-Retinoic Acid Target) complex plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation and cell differentiation. Research into LRT has gained momentum due to its implications in leukemia and other cancers, where aberrant signaling pathways contribute to tumorigenesis. The LRT complex is known to interact with retinoic acid receptors, suggesting a pivotal role in mediating retinoic acid's effects on gene expression. As researchers seek to understand the intricate mechanisms underlying cancer progression, studies have increasingly focused on the reconstitution of LRT proteins to elucidate their functional properties and interactions. By reconstituting these proteins in controlled environments, scientists aim to dissect their biochemical interactions and regulatory mechanisms, providing insights into their roles in cancer biology. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional aspects of LRT proteins could inform the development of targeted therapies, paving the way for novel treatment strategies. The convergence of molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics tools in LRT research holds promise for identifying potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets, making it a focal point in the field of cancer research and precision medicine.
