Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAX5, a member of the paired box (PAX) gene family, is a pivotal transcription factor predominantly involved in B-cell development and differentiation. Its role is crucial in early B-cell lineage commitment, and it maintains B-cell identity by regulating gene expression patterns essential for this process. Abnormalities in PAX5, including genetic rearrangements and mutations, have been implicated in various hematological malignancies, particularly in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The study of PAX5 recombinant proteins is significant for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying its function and regulation. By analyzing the structure and activity of PAX5, researchers aim to elucidate how this protein contributes to B-cell oncogenesis and to develop targeted therapeutic strategies. Recombinant PAX5 proteins can be utilized in functional assays to investigate their DNA-binding capacity, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other regulatory proteins. This research not only enhances our understanding of B-cell biology but also provides insight into potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for B-cell-related disorders. Overall, PAX5 represents a critical focus in cancer research, and advances in recombinant protein technology are essential for the continued exploration of its role in health and disease.
