Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UFC1, a member of the ubiquitin-fold modifier protein family, has gained significant attention in the realm of protein research due to its pivotal role in cellular processes. Initially identified in eukaryotic organisms, UFC1 is an essential component of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, which is crucial for protein degradation and regulation of various cellular functions, including cell cycle progression, DNA repair, and response to stress. The research into UFC1 recombinant protein focuses on elucidating its structure and function, particularly how it interacts with ubiquitin and other cellular factors. Understanding UFC1's mechanisms can provide insights into its implications in diseases characterized by protein misfolding and degradation, such as neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers. Additionally, studies of UFC1 can contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity. The recombinant production of UFC1 allows for detailed biochemical characterization and the exploration of its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, marking it as a significant subject in the study of cellular homeostasis and disease pathology.
