Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOLC1, also known as nucleolar and coiled-body phosphoprotein 1, is a multifunctional protein predominantly located in the nucleolus and coiled bodies of the cell. This protein plays a crucial role in ribosome biogenesis, RNA processing, and the regulation of gene expression. Recent studies have shown that NOLC1 is involved in cellular stress responses and the organization of nucleolar structure, linking it to various cellular processes such as cell proliferation and apoptosis. Moreover, dysregulation of NOLC1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumor growth and progression. Given its significant role in essential cellular functions, the study of NOLC1 recombinant protein has gained attention in the research community. By producing and characterizing NOLC1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and its functional implications in health and disease. This knowledge could provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying nucleolar function and its perturbation in pathological conditions, highlighting the potential of NOLC1 as a biomarker and therapeutic target in various diseases.
