Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDLIM5, a member of the PDZ-LIM domain protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization, signal transduction, and cellular adhesion. Research has indicated that PDLIM5 is involved in the regulation of actin filaments and may play a crucial role in cardiovascular development and function. The protein's interaction with other signaling molecules and its influence on cellular dynamics make it a potential candidate for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases such as cardiomyopathy and cancer. Additionally, PDLIM5 has been implicated in the modulation of cell migration and proliferation, which are essential in both normal physiological processes and pathological conditions. The study of recombinant PDLIM5 proteins allows for a better understanding of its functional properties, including its binding affinities and interaction networks. By characterizing the biochemical and structural aspects of PDLIM5, researchers aim to elucidate its contributions to cellular functions and disease mechanisms, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions targeting PDLIM5-related pathways.
