Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB7, or Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box-containing protein 7, is a member of the ASB protein family, which plays critical roles in various biological processes, including signal transduction, protein degradation, and cellular differentiation. The significance of ASB7 has garnered attention due to its involvement in the regulation of immune responses and potential implications in the pathogenesis of various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers. ASB7 is known to modulate signaling pathways by acting as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, leading to the proteasomal degradation of target proteins, thus influencing key cellular functions. Research has indicated that ASB7 may interact with numerous substrates that are crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given its pivotal role in modulating protein stability and function, understanding the detailed mechanisms of ASB7 and its interactions has become a focal point for researchers aiming to decipher its contributions to health and disease. This area of study not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting ASB7-related pathways, making the investigation of ASB7 recombinant protein a promising endeavor in the fields of molecular biology and medicine.
