Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDCD8, also known as programmed cell death 8, is a protein encoded by the PDCD8 gene, which plays a crucial role in regulating cellular processes such as apoptosis and immune response. Research has shown that PDCD8 is involved in the activation and regulation of T cells, particularly in the context of various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infections. The interest in PDCD8 as a therapeutic target has increased due to its significance in immune modulation. Recombinant PDCD8 protein is being explored for its potential applications in both basic research and therapeutic interventions. By producing PDCD8 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can study its functional properties, understand its interactions with other proteins, and evaluate its role in T cell activation and apoptosis. Additionally, recombinant PDCD8 may serve as a valuable tool for developing immunotherapies aimed at enhancing the body's immune response against tumors or controlling autoimmune conditions. Overall, the study of PDCD8 and its recombinant forms is critical for advancing our knowledge of immune regulation and for the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
