  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

UBE2R2, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitination process, which is essential for protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and various signaling pathways. The study of UBE2R2 has gained attention due to its implications in cancer biology and cellular stress responses. UBE2R2 is involved in the modification of target proteins with ubiquitin molecules, thereby influencing their stability and function. Abnormal expression or mutations in UBE2R2 have been associated with the development and progression of several malignancies, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent research has focused on elucidating its structure, activity, and interaction with E3 ligases, as well as its regulatory mechanisms in cellular processes. Understanding the functional dynamics of UBE2R2 is vital for developing novel strategies to manipulate ubiquitin signaling pathways for therapeutic interventions in diseases characterized by aberrant protein homeostasis. As such, the characterization of UBE2R2 recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its biochemical properties and role in cellular mechanisms, paving the way for future studies aimed at targeting UBE2R2 in cancer treatment and other disorders linked to protein misregulation.
