Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PCTK3, a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family, plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. With increasing evidence suggesting its involvement in various types of cancers, PCTK3 has garnered attention as a potential therapeutic target. Research has shown that abnormal expression of PCTK3 can lead to dysregulation of cell cycle control, contributing to uncontrolled cell growth and tumorigenesis. Furthermore, PCTK3 interacts with several key proteins involved in cell signaling pathways, indicating its significant role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding the intricate mechanisms by which PCTK3 operates can provide insights into novel strategies for cancer treatment and other cell cycle-related disorders. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and characterization of PCTK3, enabling researchers to explore its functional properties and interactions more extensively. As such, PCTK3 is increasingly recognized not only for its fundamental biological roles but also for its potential applications in developing targeted therapies, making it a focus of intense scientific investigation.
