Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP2C1, encoding the calcium pump protein ATP2C1, is crucial for maintaining intracellular calcium homeostasis, which is vital for various cellular functions. Mutations in this gene are linked to Hailey-Hailey disease, a genetic disorder characterized by skin blistering and dysregulation of keratinocyte adhesion. Research on ATP2C1 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its role in cellular processes, including apoptosis, muscle contraction, and neurotransmitter release, all of which are calcium-dependent. Understanding the structure and function of ATP2C1 through recombinant proteins can provide insights into its mechanism and potential therapeutic targets for calcium-related disorders. Moreover, the expression of ATP2C1 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth functional studies and the development of specific inhibitors or activators. By elucidating the properties of ATP2C1, researchers aim to advance treatments for conditions arising from calcium dysregulation and enhance our overall understanding of calcium signaling pathways in health and disease.
