Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2G2, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is vital for protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. This enzyme is responsible for transferring ubiquitin moieties to target proteins, thereby regulating various biological processes such as cell cycle progression, DNA repair, and signal transduction. Dysregulation of UBE2G2 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and viral infections. As research progresses, scientists aim to elucidate the structural and functional characteristics of UBE2G2 to better understand its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic implications. The recombinant expression of UBE2G2 allows for the detailed study of its enzymatic activity and interactions with other proteins, enabling researchers to explore its role in disease contexts more effectively. Understanding the dynamics of UBE2G2 could lead to novel strategies for targeted therapies, providing insights into both the fundamental biology of ubiquitin signaling and its application in treating various pathologies.
