Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARPC1B (Actin Related Protein 2/3 Complex Subunit 1B) is a crucial component of the Arp2/3 complex, which plays a significant role in the regulation of actin filament dynamics within cells. The Arp2/3 complex is essential for nucleating new actin filaments, thereby facilitating essential cellular processes such as motility, endocytosis, and cell division. Dysregulation of actin dynamics has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative disorders, making ARPC1B a protein of interest for therapeutic targeting. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of ARPC1B as a novel biomarker and drug target, underscoring its importance in cancer research and developmental biology. Researchers have focused on the structure and function of ARPC1B, employing techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and recombinant protein expression to gain insights into its role within the Arp2/3 complex. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing ARPC1B's function will not only enhance our knowledge of cytoskeletal organization but also provide potential pathways for intervention in diseases characterized by altered actin dynamics. Given the complexity of the cellular environment and the interplay of various signaling pathways, ongoing research into ARPC1B's interactions with other protein factors is essential for developing comprehensive therapeutic strategies.
