Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARMC6 (Armadillo Repeat Containing 6) is a protein that has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular processes and its potential role in human diseases. Initially identified as a member of the armadillo repeat protein family, ARMC6 is thought to participate in the regulation of cell adhesion, cytoskeletal organization, and signaling pathways. Its expression patterns have been associated with several cancer types, suggesting that it may play a role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Recent studies have indicated that ARMC6 may have implications in the maintenance of mitochondrial function and energy metabolism, further linking it to conditions such as neurodegeneration and metabolic disorders. The recombinant expression and purification of ARMC6 are critical for understanding its structural and functional properties, allowing researchers to investigate its interactions with other proteins and elucidate its biological roles. This research is crucial for exploring ARMC6 as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target in various diseases, including cancer and mitochondrial-related disorders. As studies continue to uncover the nuanced functions of ARMC6, it remains a promising area of investigation within molecular and cellular biology, highlighting the importance of basic research in translating findings into clinical applications.
