  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Tacstd1, also known as T cell activation antigen 1, is a gene that encodes a protein primarily expressed in epithelial cells and plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and adhesion processes. Research on Tacstd1 has gained importance due to its implications in various biological functions and diseases, particularly in the context of cancer and tissue regeneration. Studies have shown that Tacstd1 is involved in maintaining epithelial integrity and can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Its expression pattern is significantly altered in different cancer types, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, Tacstd1 has been linked to enhancing the efficacy of immune responses, as it participates in T cell activation and differentiation. The recombinant protein of Tacstd1 is being investigated for its potential therapeutic applications, including targeted cancer therapies and regenerative medicine strategies. Understanding the structure and function of Tacstd1 at the molecular level may offer insights into its mechanistic roles and pave the way for developing novel treatment modalities that harness the properties of this protein. Overall, the ongoing research into Tacstd1 recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue in both basic and applied biosciences, with implications for improving patient outcomes in cancer and other epithelial-related diseases.
