Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGAP29 is a member of the Rho GTPase-activating protein (RhoGAP) family, which plays a crucial role in regulating cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. Research on ARHGAP29 has gained significance due to its implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression and developmental disorders. Elevated levels of ARHGAP29 have been associated with certain cancer types, suggesting it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. Studies have revealed that ARHGAP29 can interact with Rho family GTPases, thereby influencing their activity and downstream signaling pathways. Its modulation of RhoA, Rac1, and Cdc42 highlights its role in cellular processes such as actin remodeling and cell adhesion. Understanding the functional mechanisms and pathways regulated by ARHGAP29 is essential for elucidating its role in disease contexts and could pave the way for the development of targeted therapies. Furthermore, recombinant ARHGAP29 protein serves as a valuable tool in biochemical assays to study its interactions and functions in detail, providing insights into its potential as a drug target in oncology and other related fields.
