  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The ARID5B gene, a member of the AT-rich interactive domain (ARID) family, plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and hematopoiesis. It is particularly important in the immune system, where it has been implicated in the regulation of gene expression and development of lymphocytes. Recent studies have shown that ARID5B is frequently involved in genetic rearrangements and mutations associated with several types of cancers, especially hematological malignancies, such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The rearrangement of ARID5B can lead to aberrant expression patterns and contribute to oncogenesis, making it a critical focus for both basic and clinical research. Researchers have been investigating the protein's structure and function, as well as its interactions with other regulatory proteins in the context of transcriptional control and chromatin remodeling. Understanding the mechanistic pathways governed by ARID5B could offer valuable insights into targeted therapies and improve prognostic outcomes in patients affected by ARID5B-related disorders. This growing body of evidence supports the importance of ARID5B as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target, highlighting the need for ongoing research into its roles and the implications of its rearrangement in human health and disease.
