稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBB3, or Tubulin Beta 3, is a member of the tubulin family that plays a critical role in microtubule dynamics and cellular functions, particularly in neurons. Research into TUBB3 has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in various neurological disorders and cancers. Mutations or aberrant expression of TUBB3 have been implicated in conditions such as neurodegenerative diseases and certain types of tumors, making it a valuable target for therapeutic intervention. The study of TUBB3 recombinant proteins allows for a deeper understanding of its structural and functional properties, facilitating investigations into its role in microtubule assembly and stability. Moreover, recombinant TUBB3 proteins serve as vital tools in the development of diagnostic assays and potential drug candidates aimed at modulating microtubule dynamics in disease. As we continue to unravel the complexities of TUBB3, its significance in both basic biology and clinical applications is becoming increasingly evident, paving the way for innovative approaches to treat disorders associated with microtubule dysfunction.
