Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARID3C, a member of the AT-rich interaction domain (ARID) family, plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including growth, differentiation, and immune response. It functions primarily as a transcription factor, influencing gene expression by binding to specific DNA sequences. Recent studies have illuminated its involvement in several biological processes, such as oncogenesis and immune cell development, particularly within B cells. Aberrant expression or mutations of ARID3C have been linked to different cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant ARID3C protein is essential for exploring its functional mechanisms, offering insights into its structural properties, and understanding how it interacts with other proteins in the cell. By producing ARID3C in a recombinant system, researchers can achieve higher yields and purity, facilitating detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses. Such studies have the potential to uncover novel pathways influenced by ARID3C, providing a clearer understanding of its role in normal and pathological states. Furthermore, leveraging ARID3C's functionality might open avenues for innovative strategies in cancer treatment and immune modulation, making it a significant focus of current biomedical research.
