Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAQR7 (Progestin and AdipoQ Receptor Family Member 7) is a member of the PAQR family of proteins, which are known to play crucial roles in various biological processes, including metabolism, cell signaling, and hormonal regulation. Recent studies have highlighted PAQR7's involvement in critical cellular functions, suggesting that it may act as a signaling receptor influencing adipocyte differentiation and insulin sensitivity. Given its potential role in obesity-related disorders and metabolic syndrome, researchers have become increasingly interested in understanding the biochemical properties and mechanisms of PAQR7. The purpose of studying recombinant PAQR7 protein lies in elucidating its structure-function relationships, which could reveal novel therapeutic targets for metabolic diseases. Utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, scientists aim to produce and characterize PAQR7, thus providing insights into its molecular interactions and signaling pathways. Furthermore, investigating PAQR7 can shed light on its potential role in mediating progestin effects and its possible implications in reproductive health. By comprehensively examining the functional and structural aspects of PAQR7, researchers hope to uncover its biological significance and address its potential as a novel target in the treatment of metabolic and hormonal disorders. The advancement of our understanding of PAQR7 could pave the way for innovative strategies in managing obesity and related metabolic conditions, making it a significant focus in contemporary biomedical research.
