稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAQR5, also known as Progestin and AdipoQ Receptor Family MembeR 5, is a member of the PAQR family, which has attracted attention in recent years due to its involvement in various physiological processes and potential implications in metabolic disorders. Research has indicated that PAQR5 may play a role in mediating signaling pathways related to insulin sensitivity and adipocyte function, thus making it a significant target for studies on obesity and type 2 diabetes. Additionally, its expression has been linked to reproductive health, suggesting potential functions in hormone signaling. The recombinant expression and characterization of PAQR5 protein can provide critical insights into its structure-function relationship, facilitate the study of its molecular interactions, and aid in the development of therapeutic strategies targeting metabolic and reproductive disorders. By exploring the functional properties of PAQR5 through recombinant technologies, researchers aim to uncover its biological roles and potential as a biomarker for disease states. The elucidation of PAQR5's mechanisms may pave the way for novel treatments, especially in metabolic syndromes where traditional therapeutic approaches may fall short. Thus, the investigation of PAQR5 recombinant protein is a promising avenue for understanding complex biological processes and advancing medical science.
