Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP12A is a crucial enzyme belonging to the P-type ATPase family, specifically involved in the transportation of ions across cellular membranes, contributing to cellular homeostasis and signal transduction. Research on ATP12A is particularly significant due to its implications in various physiological processes and potential connections to pathophysiological conditions, such as hypertension and certain cancers. The enzyme is highly expressed in specific tissues, including the gastric epithelium, where it facilitates the regulation of proton transport and acid secretion. Investigating the structure and function of recombinant ATP12A proteins can provide insights into their molecular mechanisms and roles in health and disease. Understanding the enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms of ATP12A is essential for developing targeted therapeutic strategies. Moreover, recombinant forms of ATP12A can be utilized in studies assessing ion transport dynamics and drug interactions, further highlighting their relevance in biomedical research. Overall, the study of ATP12A recombinant proteins is vital for expanding our knowledge of ion transport systems and their broader implications in human health.
