Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P2RY10, a member of the purinergic receptor family, is an important G protein-coupled receptor that primarily binds to extracellular nucleotides. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, and inflammation regulation. Research has shown that P2RY10 is involved in modulating the activity of leukocytes and may contribute to the pathophysiology of several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Given its significant biological functions, there is a growing interest in P2RY10 as a potential therapeutic target. Recombinant P2RY10 proteins are essential for studying the receptor's structure, function, and interaction with ligands, as well as for screening potential drugs that can modulate its activity. The expression and purification of P2RY10 in a recombinant system enable detailed biophysical and functional analyses, thereby enhancing our understanding of its underlying mechanisms in health and disease. This research is paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies that could leverage the modulation of P2RY10 activity to treat various conditions.
