Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA2R, or Annexin A2 receptor, plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, endocytosis, and inflammation. It is recognized for binding to its ligand, annexin A2, which is implicated in multiple physiological and pathological conditions, such as cancer progression and cardiovascular diseases. Research into ANXA2R has gained momentum due to its potential as a therapeutic target; altered expression and function of ANXA2R in different cancers make it a candidate for biomarker development and targeted therapies. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms of ANXA2R interactions can provide insights into its involvement in disease progression. The development of recombinant ANXA2R proteins has been essential for elucidating these mechanisms. By producing these proteins in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can investigate the receptor's structure-function relationships, identify potential inhibitors, and explore its signaling pathways in detail. This foundational research is crucial for creating innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating ANXA2R activity in various diseases, thus highlighting the importance of recombinant ANXA2R proteins in modern biomedical research.
