稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THAP1 (THAP domain containing 1) is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in various biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Mutations in the THAP1 gene have been linked to a range of neurological disorders, including dystonia, highlighting its importance in neuronal function and development. Research on THAP1 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential implications in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases. By producing and characterizing THAP1 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to explore how specific mutations affect protein function, stability, and interaction with other cellular components. This research not only contributes to the knowledge of THAP1's role in neuronal health but also facilitates the development of targeted therapies for related disorders. Additionally, recombinant THAP1 proteins serve as valuable tools for elucidating the gene's regulatory pathways and its role in epigenetic modifications. Overall, the study of THAP1 recombinant proteins is pivotal in both basic and translational research, aiming to bridge the gap between genetic findings and clinical manifestations of dystonia and other related conditions.
