Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABPC (Aldose-Reductase-Binding Protein C) is a protein that has garnered significant attention in biochemical research due to its role in various physiological processes, particularly in the modulation of cellular responses to oxidative stress and inflammation. It is known to interact with aldose reductase, an enzyme implicated in the polyol pathway, which converts glucose into sorbitol and has been associated with diabetic complications and neurodegenerative diseases. The exploration of ABPC as a recombinant protein aims to enhance our understanding of its structural and functional properties, as well as its potential therapeutic applications. By producing ABPC through recombinant DNA technology, researchers can obtain sufficient quantities for in-depth studies, including its binding affinities, enzymatic activity, and involvement in intracellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, the recombinant form of ABPC could serve as a model for drug development, potentially leading to interventions that mitigate oxidative damage and improve cellular resilience in conditions such as diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. The ongoing research into ABPC not only aims to unveil its biochemical significance but also to identify novel strategies for disease prevention and treatment rooted in its biological functions. As studies continue, the insights gained from ABPC research are expected to contribute valuable knowledge to the fields of molecular biology, pharmacology, and therapeutic innovation.
