Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKRD27, a member of the ankyrin repeat protein family, has gained attention due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including gene regulation and signaling pathways. Previous studies have indicated that ANKRD27 may be involved in cellular responses to stress and may impact cancer progression, although its precise functions and mechanisms remain largely unclear. The interest in ANKRD27 stems from its unique structural features, particularly the presence of ankyrin repeats, which are known to mediate protein-protein interactions. This characteristic suggests that ANKRD27 could interact with key regulatory proteins, influencing cellular pathways critical for maintaining homeostasis and responding to external stimuli. Additionally, research has shown that alterations in the expression levels of ANKRD27 are associated with several pathological conditions, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis. Investigating the recombinant production of ANKRD27 is essential for elucidating its biochemical properties and functional roles, which can ultimately contribute to a better understanding of its involvement in normal physiology and disease mechanisms. By employing techniques such as molecular cloning and protein expression in suitable systems, researchers aim to generate significant quantities of this protein for functional assays. Understanding the biological significance of ANKRD27 will not only provide insights into its involvement in cellular dynamics but also pave the way for potential therapeutic applications targeting this protein in diseases where its dysregulation plays a key role. Overall, continued research on ANKRD27 and its recombinant protein may reveal crucial information regarding its biological function and its implications in health and disease, thus contributing to advancements in molecular biology and therapeutic strategies.
