稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCEA1, or Transcription Elongation Factor A (SII)-like 1, is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression by facilitating the elongation phase of transcription. This protein, part of the TCEAL family, has been shown to interact with RNA polymerase II and various transcription factors, thereby influencing the transcriptional dynamics of numerous genes. Research on TCEA1 has gained momentum due to its involvement in essential cellular processes and its potential implications in disease pathology. Notably, aberrations in TCEA1 expression have been linked to various cancers and neurological disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its functional mechanisms. Additionally, TCEA1 has been proposed as a potential biomarker for certain cancer types, making it a target of interest in therapeutic studies. The recombinant production of TCEA1 is critical for investigating its biochemical properties, structural analysis, and functional assays. Such studies can provide insights into the protein's role in transcriptional regulation and its potential as a therapeutic target, underscoring the need for continued research in this area. Overall, the exploration of TCEA1 as a recombinant protein is poised to enhance our understanding of its contributions to gene regulation and its implications in health and disease.
