Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PARG (Poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase) is a crucial enzyme involved in the regulation of poly(ADP-ribose) (PAR) metabolism, which plays a significant role in cellular responses to DNA damage, stress responses, and apoptosis. Elevated levels of PAR are associated with various biological processes, including DNA repair, cell proliferation, and survival. The dysregulation of PARG activity has been implicated in several pathologies, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and other conditions characterized by abnormal cellular stress responses. Consequently, understanding PARG's structure and function is essential for elucidating its role in these biological processes. Researchers are increasingly focused on structural and functional studies of recombinant PARG to unravel its catalytic mechanisms, regulatory interactions, and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, recombinant PARG is being explored for its utility in biochemical assays and drug discovery, particularly in developing inhibitors that can modulate its activity for therapeutic applications. The insights gained from studying recombinant PARG hold promise for advancing our understanding of cellular homeostasis and developing novel strategies for disease intervention.
