Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AMICA1, or adhesion molecule interacting with CXADR (Coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor) 1, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily known for its role in cell adhesion and communication. Research into AMICA1 has gained momentum due to its significant involvement in immune responses and potential implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. This protein is predominantly expressed in endothelial cells and has been implicated in the regulation of leukocyte migration and adhesion, making it a critical component of the inflammatory response. Additionally, studies have suggested that AMICA1 may play a role in facilitating tumor metastasis and influencing the tumor microenvironment. The understanding of AMICA1's structure and function is essential for deciphering its biological roles and therapeutic potential. Recombinant AMICA1 proteins have been developed to further investigate these functions and interactions in vitro and in vivo. By exploring the biochemical properties of AMICA1 and its interactions with other cellular components, researchers aim to unveil its mechanisms of action and identify potential targets for therapeutic intervention in diseases where AMICA1 is dysregulated. Thus, the study of recombinant AMICA1 not only sheds light on fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for novel treatment strategies in immunological and oncological contexts.
