Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALS2CR19, a member of the ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) gene family, has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in neurodegenerative diseases, especially ALS and other related disorders. It encodes a protein that is believed to play a crucial role in neuronal development and function. Recent studies have implicated ALS2CR19 in cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, apoptosis, and autophagy, key mechanisms that, when dysregulated, can lead to neurodegeneration. The identification of mutations in the ALS2CR19 gene has been linked to a variety of pathogenic mechanisms that contribute to the onset and progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing the recombinant protein derived from ALS2CR19 to gain deeper insights into its structure and function, which may provide potential therapeutic targets. Advanced techniques in molecular biology and protein engineering are utilized to produce and study ALS2CR19 protein, aiming to unravel its biochemical properties and interaction networks within neuronal cells. Understanding ALS2CR19 at the molecular level is essential for elucidating its role in disease pathology and could pave the way for developing new strategies for diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative conditions involving ALS and other related disorders. By exploring ALS2CR19's mechanisms, the scientific community hopes to uncover novel insights into the complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors that contribute to neurodegeneration, thereby advancing the field of neurology and improving patient outcomes.
