Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AHDC1 (AT-Hook DNA-Binding Motif Containing Protein 1) is an important protein implicated in various cellular processes, including DNA repair, chromatin remodeling, and regulation of gene expression. The study of AHDC1 is particularly significant due to its association with several pathological conditions, including developmental disorders and cancer. Mutations in the AHDC1 gene have been linked to syndromic intellectual disability, highlighting its crucial role in normal brain development and function. Research has focused on understanding the structural and functional characteristics of AHDC1, particularly its interaction with DNA and other cellular partners. Recombinant AHDC1 protein is thus essential for investigating its molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. Such studies aim to elucidate how AHDC1 operates at the cellular level, which may lead to new insights into treatment strategies for diseases related to AHDC1 dysfunction. Overall, the generation and characterization of AHDC1 recombinant protein mark a pivotal step in advancing our understanding of this multifunctional protein and its implications in human health and disease.
