稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR1I1, a member of the olfactory receptor gene family, has garnered interest in recent research due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. This gene encodes for a G protein-coupled receptor that is primarily involved in the detection of odorant molecules, which play crucial roles in the sensory perception of smell. Interestingly, emerging studies suggest that olfactory receptors, including OR1I1, may have functions beyond olfaction, including involvement in the regulation of certain physiological processes and the modulation of cellular signaling pathways. Recent findings indicate that OR1I1 might be implicated in tumor biology and could serve as a novel biomarker for specific cancers. Additionally, the receptor's expression patterns and regulatory mechanisms are still being elucidated, highlighting the need for continued investigation. Research on the recombinant expression of OR1I1 protein aims to provide deeper insights into its functional dynamics, signaling mechanisms, and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the role of OR1I1 in the broader context of human health and disease could pave the way for innovative strategies in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions associated with aberrant olfactory receptor signaling, thereby opening new avenues in biomedical research.
