Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IGSF12, or Immunoglobulin Superfamily Member 12, is a protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is implicated in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, signaling, and immune responses. The study of IGSF12 has gained attention due to its potential roles in immune regulation and tumor biology. Research indicates that IGSF12 may be involved in modulating immune cell functions and influencing the tumor microenvironment, thus playing a crucial role in cancer progression and metastasis. Understanding the structure and function of IGSF12, especially through the development of recombinant protein technology, enables researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions, and potential therapeutic applications. By producing recombinant IGSF12, scientists can explore its role in immune responses and evaluate its potential as a biomarker or target for cancer immunotherapy. The insights gained from this research could contribute to novel strategies for harnessing the immune system in combating various malignancies and enhancing our understanding of immune-related diseases. Overall, the investigation of IGSF12 and its recombinant forms represents a promising area of study with implications for both basic and translational research in immunology and oncology.
