Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPAG7 (sperm-associated antigen 7) is a protein that has garnered interest due to its potential role in reproductive biology and cellular functions. It is predominantly expressed in the testis and is involved in the structural integrity and motility of sperm, highlighting its importance in male fertility. Recent studies have suggested that SPAG7 may also play a crucial role in other tissues, contributing to cellular signaling and maintenance of ciliary structures. Furthermore, its involvement in various pathological conditions, including cancer and ciliary-related diseases, has prompted researchers to investigate SPAG7 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The ability to produce recombinant SPAG7 protein has opened new avenues for understanding its functions, interactions, and mechanisms of action. By studying this protein in detail, scientists aim to elucidate its biological significance and potential implications in health and disease, paving the way for innovative strategies in diagnostics and therapeutics in the future.
