Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ACTL6A gene, encoding the actin-like protein 6A, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including chromatin remodeling, transcription regulation, and cell differentiation. It is a member of the actin family and is known to be a component of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, which is essential for the regulation of gene expression. Dysregulation of ACTL6A has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders, making it a significant target for research in molecular biology and therapeutic interventions. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of ACTL6A in a laboratory setting, allowing for detailed studies on its structure and function. Understanding the biochemical properties and interactions of ACTL6A can provide insights into its role in cellular mechanisms and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, exploring its interactions with other proteins and its implications in different pathways can shed light on its involvement in disease pathogenesis, ultimately contributing to the development of novel strategies for diagnosis and treatment.
