稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDT11, a member of the Nudix hydrolase family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes. This enzyme is known to hydrolyze nucleoside diphosphate-sugars, leading to implications in nucleotide metabolism, cell signaling, and RNA processing. Research indicates that NUDT11 is involved in the regulation of cellular energy balance and stress responses, particularly under conditions of oxidative stress. Abnormalities in NUDT11 function have been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, recombinant NUDT11 proteins have been produced for structural and functional studies, allowing researchers to investigate the enzyme's catalytic mechanisms and its interactions with other cellular components. Given its multifunctional roles and the impact of its dysregulation on human health, ongoing studies aim to elucidate the molecular pathways involving NUDT11, thereby paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies and a deeper understanding of cellular dynamics.
