Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of TPC recombinant proteins has garnered significant attention in recent years due to their potential applications in various fields, including biotechnology, medicine, and pharmacology. TPC, or Two-Pore Channels, are a family of ion channels that play crucial roles in regulating cellular calcium homeostasis and various physiological processes. Understanding their structure and function is essential for elucidating their roles in health and disease, particularly in the context of neurodegenerative disorders, cardiac diseases, and cancer. The recombinant expression of TPC proteins allows researchers to investigate their biochemical properties, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms in detail. Advances in genetic engineering and protein purification techniques have enabled the production of these proteins in heterologous systems, facilitating detailed studies on their functionality and potential as therapeutic targets. By harnessing the power of recombinant technology, scientists aim to develop novel therapeutic strategies that can modulate TPC activity, offering new avenues for treatment of diseases linked to calcium dysregulation. As the field continues to evolve, the integration of multidisciplinary approaches, including structural biology, electrophysiology, and pharmacology, will further enhance our understanding of TPC proteins and their significance in human health.
