稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAGED2, a member of the MAGE (Melanoma Antigen Gene) family, is a cancer/testis antigen primarily expressed in testicular germ cells and various tumor types, including melanoma and other malignancies. Its expression is limited to the testes in normal tissues, making it an attractive target for cancer immunotherapy due to its potential to elicit immune responses specifically against tumor cells while sparing normal tissues. Research into MAGED2 recombinant protein has gained significance in recent years, particularly in the context of developing novel therapeutic strategies such as cancer vaccines and adoptive T-cell therapies. Understanding the biochemical properties and immunogenicity of MAGED2 is crucial for its application in clinical settings. Studies have focused on the protein's structure, its interactions with cellular components, and how it can be presented to the immune system to enhance T-cell activation and tumor recognition. Additionally, the exploration of MAGED2's role in tumor progression and its potential as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis is ongoing. The development of recombinant MAGED2 protein aims to improve the efficacy of immunotherapeutic approaches, offering hope for more targeted and effective treatments in cancer patients. As researchers continue to dissect the complex interactions between MAGED2 and immune cells, there is potential for breakthroughs in personalized cancer therapies that utilize this antigen to harness the body's immune response against neoplastic cells.
