Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NRK (Nuclear Receptor Kinase) proteins play a critical role in the regulation of various cellular processes, including transcription, signal transduction, and cell differentiation. Understanding the functions and mechanisms of NRK proteins is crucial given their implications in various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Research has increasingly focused on the role of NRK proteins in modulating the activity of nuclear receptors, which are essential for the action of many hormones and other signaling molecules. This regulatory capability positions NRK proteins as potential targets for therapeutic intervention. Moreover, recent advances in structural biology have enabled scientists to elucidate the intricate interactions between NRK proteins and their substrates. These insights are paving the way for the development of innovative strategies to manipulate NRK activity for therapeutic benefit. Given the complexity of the signaling pathways involved and the diverse roles of NRK proteins in the cell, ongoing research aims to dissect their precise functions and regulatory mechanisms. Such studies not only enhance our understanding of basic cellular biology but also hold promise for developing new treatments for diseases where NRK proteins are implicated.
