稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NRBP2 (Nuclear Receptor Binding Protein 2) has emerged as a significant focus of research due to its involvement in various cellular processes and its potential implications in disease mechanisms. As a member of the nuclear receptor co-regulator family, NRBP2 plays a crucial role in modulating the activity of nuclear receptors, which are key regulators of gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in cancer biology, particularly in the context of tumor progression and metastasis, as well as its potential role in metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. The generation of recombinant NRBP2 protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationships and interactions with other proteins and nuclear receptors. This research aims to elucidate NRBP2's functional roles in cellular signaling, its impact on gene regulatory networks, and its potential as a therapeutic target. Through detailed biochemical assays, structural analysis, and functional studies, researchers hope to uncover the molecular basis of NRBP2 action, providing insights that could lead to novel strategies for disease intervention. Consequently, the study of recombinant NRBP2 not only advances our understanding of basic biological processes but also holds promise for therapeutic developments in conditions where NRBP2 is implicated.
