Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NR6A1, a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, metabolism, and development. Its gene, located on chromosome 16, encodes a protein that functions as a transcription factor, regulating the expression of target genes involved in tissue development and homeostasis. Recent studies have implicated NR6A1 in several physiological and pathological conditions, such as cancer and metabolic disorders, thereby highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant NR6A1 protein facilitates advanced research into its structure and function, enabling scientists to explore its interaction with DNA and other proteins. By generating this protein in a controlled environment, researchers can examine the influence of NR6A1 on gene regulation and cellular pathways in greater detail. Furthermore, understanding the mechanisms by which NR6A1 exerts its effects may lead to the development of novel strategies for targeting diseases linked to its dysregulation. As such, the study of NR6A1 recombinant protein not only provides insight into fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for potential clinical applications aimed at improving health outcomes related to NR6A1-related pathologies.
