Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DAB2 (Disabled-2) is a member of the Dab family of proteins, known for their roles in intracellular signaling and endocytosis. Originally identified as a tumor suppressor, DAB2 is implicated in diverse cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation. Its expression is modulated in various cancers, making it a focal point for research aimed at understanding tumorigenesis and potential therapeutic strategies. The study of DAB2 recombinant proteins has gained traction due to their utility in elucidating the protein’s functional domains and interactions with other cellular components. Researchers have developed recombinant DAB2 proteins to investigate their structural properties and functional roles in signaling pathways, particularly in the context of cancer progression and metastasis. By utilizing techniques such as site-directed mutagenesis and affinity purification, scientists are exploring the mechanisms by which DAB2 influences cellular behavior and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Understanding the precise role of DAB2 at the molecular level could provide valuable insights into its function in both normal cellular physiology and disease states, thereby offering avenues for novel intervention strategies in cancer therapy. Overall, the study of DAB2 recombinant proteins represents a critical effort in cancer biology, with implications for improving diagnostics and treatments targeting DAB2-related pathways.
