Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NIF3L1, a member of the NIF3 (Nuclear Interaction Family), is a protein that has garnered attention due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including nuclear transport and signal transduction. Recent studies have indicated that NIF3L1 may be involved in the regulation of gene expression and cellular responses to environmental stressors, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The recombinant production of NIF3L1 allows researchers to investigate its functional properties and interactions at a molecular level. By expressing this protein in various systems, such as bacterial or mammalian cells, scientists can purify it for biochemical assays, structural studies, and functional analyses, thereby elucidating its specific roles within the cell. Understanding NIF3L1's structure and function could pave the way for new therapeutic strategies, particularly in diseases where nuclear transport and signaling pathways are disrupted. Overall, the study of recombinant NIF3L1 holds significant promise for expanding our knowledge of cellular mechanisms and developing targeted interventions in related disorders.
