稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACSL6 (Acyl-CoA Synthetase Long-Chain Family Member 6) is a member of the acyl-CoA synthetase enzyme family, which plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism by activating long-chain fatty acids into their corresponding acyl-CoA derivatives, a process essential for fatty acid oxidation and various metabolic pathways. Recent studies have highlighted ACSL6's potential involvement in regulating cellular energy homeostasis, inflammation, and cancer progression. The enzyme's expression patterns differ across tissues and under various physiological conditions, suggesting a complex regulatory mechanism that may be linked to metabolic disorders. Given the rising prevalence of obesity, diabetes, and other metabolic syndromes globally, understanding the functional dynamics of ACSL6 could reveal novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for these conditions. Additionally, preliminary investigations indicate that ACSL6 may influence tumor growth and metastasis, making it a candidate for cancer research. Consequently, the generation of recombinant ACSL6 proteins is essential for elucidating its biochemical characteristics, mechanisms of action, and potential implications in health and disease. Through structural and functional analyses of the recombinant protein, researchers aim to uncover the intricacies of its role in various metabolic processes and its potential as a target for pharmacological interventions. This multifaceted research underscores the significance of ACSL6 in both metabolic regulation and disease, providing a foundation for future studies aimed at therapeutic advancements.
