Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The RQCD1 protein, a key player in cellular processes, has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its involvement in various cellular mechanisms, including RNA processing and stress response. As part of the RQCD (Ribosome Quality Control and Degradation) family, RQCD1 is intricately linked to the regulation of protein synthesis and degradation, particularly under conditions of cellular stress or damage. Studies have shown that RQCD1 interacts with ribosomal components, influencing the translation fidelity and turnover of misfolded proteins. Given its pivotal role, research has aimed to elucidate the molecular pathways in which RQCD1 operates, as well as its impact on cellular homeostasis and response to stress. Furthermore, the dysregulation of RQCD1 expression has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a target for therapeutic intervention. Understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of RQCD1 is crucial for uncovering its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease contexts. As such, ongoing research continues to explore the functional dynamics of RQCD1 and its broader implications in cellular biology.
