Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NHSL2, or Nodal homolog-like protein 2, is a crucial component in the study of developmental biology and cellular signaling pathways. This protein, a member of the Nodal signaling family, plays a significant role in regulating embryonic development, particularly in processes like mesoderm formation and left-right asymmetry establishment during gastrulation. Research into NHSL2 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in understanding congenital defects and developmental disorders. The reconstitution of NHSL2 in recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical characterization and functional assays, enabling researchers to elucidate its role in various signaling cascades and cellular interactions. Additionally, altered expression levels of NHSL2 have been linked to various diseases, including cancers and infertility issues, making it a target for therapeutic exploration. Given its pivotal functions, the recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for investigating the complex mechanisms of cell signaling, offering insights that could lead to novel approaches in regenerative medicine and developmental therapeutics.
