Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NFE2L3, or Nuclear Factor Erythroid 2-Like 3, is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the regulation of cellular responses to oxidative stress and inflammation. As a member of the Nrf family of proteins, NFE2L3 is involved in the activation of numerous cytoprotective genes that help maintain cellular homeostasis under stress conditions. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic diseases, thereby making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. The study of NFE2L3 recombinant proteins has emerged as essential for understanding its functional mechanisms, enabling researchers to investigate its interaction with other proteins and its effects on signaling pathways. Furthermore, these studies may provide insights into how NFE2L3 modulates the expression of antioxidant and detoxification genes, aiding in the development of novel strategies for disease prevention and treatment. By engineering various isoforms of NFE2L3, researchers can elucidate the structural and functional aspects of this transcription factor, paving the way for enhanced therapeutic applications and a deeper understanding of its contribution to redox biology. This growing body of research underscores the importance of NFE2L3 in maintaining cellular health and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various pathological contexts. Overall, the investigation of NFE2L3 recombinant proteins not only contributes to basic scientific knowledge but also opens new avenues for the development of interventions aimed at enhancing cellular resilience against oxidative damage.
