Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NEDD1, also known as nucleation-promoting factor, is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of microtubule dynamics and the organization of the mitotic spindle during cell division. Its primary role is to facilitate the recruitment of gamma-tubulin ring complexes to the centrosomes, thus promoting microtubule nucleation and assembly. The importance of NEDD1 in maintaining proper cell cycle progression and ensuring accurate chromosome segregation has made it a significant target of study in cancer research. Dysregulation of NEDD1 expression has been linked to various malignancies, underscoring its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the post-translational modifications of NEDD1 and their impact on its function, as well as its interactions with other proteins involved in microtubule organization. Researchers are exploring the potential of NEDD1 recombinant proteins for use in therapeutic applications and experimental models to understand its role in cell biology further. The ongoing investigation into NEDD1 not only enhances our knowledge of centrosome function and microtubule dynamics but also opens avenues for novel cancer treatment strategies by targeting the molecular pathways associated with its dysregulation.
