稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXD2, a member of the Forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in various developmental processes, especially related to neuronal patterning and speech/language development. Mutations and dysregulation of FOXD2 have been linked to developmental disorders, making it a significant focus of research in genetics and molecular biology. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of FOXD2 in regulating gene expression during embryonic development, notably in the brain. As a result, recombinant FOXD2 protein has garnered attention for its potential applications in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders. Researchers are producing FOXD2 as a recombinant protein to investigate its biochemical properties, interactive partners, and functional roles in cellular contexts. This work aims to elucidate the signaling pathways influenced by FOXD2 and its implications in normal and pathological states, paving the way for targeted therapeutic strategies in conditions associated with FOXD2 dysfunction. The exploration of FOXD2 as a recombinant protein is expected to provide insights into its structure-function relationship, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological roles and potential applications in regenerative medicine and genetic therapies.
