Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPK6, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinase 3 (ERK3), is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and stress response. Unlike other MAPK family members, MAPK6 is characterized by its unique regulatory mechanisms and specific cellular functions, including involvement in gene expression and the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in a variety of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where dysregulation of MAPK signaling pathways is often implicated. The need for MAPK6 recombinant protein has emerged as researchers seek to elucidate its biological functions, interactions with other signaling molecules, and potential as a therapeutic target. Producing recombinant MAPK6 enables high-purity protein for functional assays, structural characterization, and the development of inhibitors or modulators that could have therapeutic applications. Understanding the precise role of MAPK6 in health and disease will provide insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, emphasizing the importance of focused research on this understudied member of the MAPK family.
